My name is Joseph Withnell. Im running as a write in candidate for the office of Commissioner in Hamilton County, Ohio. Im guessing by now you have endured a whole bunch of mud slinging this election season. Apparently, unbeknownst to me, there is a war on coal. Who knew? As a change of pace, Id like to talk about what great guys my opponents are. Both Chris Monzel and Sean Patrick Feeney are hard workers, and devoted family men. These guys are some really dedicated Family men. I mean really. Im sure both would do (or have done ) your standard decent job as Commissioner of Hamilton County, Ohio. Well enough about them. How about me. Ive lived in Hamilton county for last 27 years, except for when I served in the United States Air Force for almost five years. Neither of these other guys have military experience. Ive busted my butt at the same job for the last 12 years. Ive been all over this county, serving those of all economic brackets, so my finger is on the pulse of both the common woman, and the well to do man. Ive been a single father of two exceptional boys. I put that in the past tense , because I just got married last June and I am not a loyal doting husband of the finest Social Worker in all of Hamilton county. Speaking of which, I have insight into the workings of social services. Mr. Monzel and Mr. Feeney have both taken on the very divisive platforms of their associated political parties. I dont actually belong to any political party. I dont owe allegiance to some pack of partisan hyenas in DC. I owe it to the people who would elect and trust me to lead them as Commissioner of Hamilton County, Ohio. These men operate in the traditional backward manner of pandering to party politics. Lets make this a figment of the past. Weve already turned back the clocks this past Sunday.Tomorrow, you will move us forward, if you write in Joseph Withnell for Commissioner of Hamilton County, Ohio.
