My name is Mrs Akosua Hammond. I got married about four months ago and found out that my husband has been involved in a relationship with another lady who was expecting his child in August. I did my own investigations and got some facts. I monitored the lady but never mentioned anything to my husband. I had information that the outdooring ceremony of the baby will be held on 16th August. On that eventful day my husband mentioned to me that he had to be at the office for a staff durbar and left. Suspecting where he was going, I followed him after he had left and led the way straight to the lady’s house where the outdooring ceremony was being held. I sat through the ceremony until I caught my husband’s eye; shocked and shaken he left the lady’s house and didn’t get back home until the following morning, broken, apologizing and asking me for forgiveness. I’m so confused and don’t know how to deal with the issue. Should I just let it go and forget about it? Is mere apology and asking for forgiveness enough when he didn’t have the guts to tell me the truth in the first place?
