My name is Richard.M. My date of birth is 17 Jun 1964. Married and having three children studying in 11th, 9th and 7th standards. Elders two daughters and one son younger. I was working with a security agency as Manager. My two kidneys are week and I am doing dialysis since November 2011. Each dialysis costs 1150/- and for lfiys 17,250 + medicines charge. The total expenditure in a month will be Rs 30,000/- and I am not able to pay as I am not working now. Due to kidney problem my eye sight also week and I cannot see properly.
