My names are Elizabeth Tia Morgan. Im an Internet marketer and Founder of Business Wealth also book keeping at Attorney office, a personal growth network marketing,online business skills and strategies enlightenment blog. I was neither born an entrepreneur nor an authority in my niche (Online Business) But, commitment, determination, positive attitude to change, to-do spirit and calculated effort towards personal development turned me from a mere newbie to a progressive personality in my niche. I was once like every other newbie out there, dreaming as well as trying to build a system that can be recon with in my niche. The experiences was a mixture of frustrations, failing and never give up situation until I learned the importance of having a mentor- somebody who has gone through the business path Im toeing. But, itll interest you to know that my entrepreneurship effort started as result of how much I despise my full-time paid job. I was an Hotelier working with a five star hotel as a control officer. Personally, I love the job but the condition of the job is what rips me off. I work 72 hours a week including weekends and public holidays, so I hardly have time for any other thing. My job stole my life and turned me to somebody I despised so much. The straw that broke the camel’s back was the economic down turn, which made my paycheck to be a ridicule of my input. Then, I knew that Ive to develop the potentials in me. So through the internet I came to know about the opportunities in network marketing and direct selling. My first year was a total failure. At a point, I abandoned it but, desire to own my life drew me back again. This time, I decided to do it better. After reading “The Power of Focus” by Jack Canfield, Mark Victor Hansen and Les Hewitt, I discovered my purpose and I came up with a plan. My determination to excel in the industry despite my failures made me to start reading resources from the superstars in the industry. Some of such personalities include John Milton Fogg, Robert Kiyosaki, Robert G. Allen, Tom ‘Big Al’ Schreiter, Randy Gage and others. The knowledge I got from these superstars redefined my perception and approach to network and affiliate marketing. I discovered that it’s purely a business and not a hobby. Also, I was made to know that though the money is important but it should not becloud my mind about building relationship and helping others realize their dreams. These two secrets opened the door. It made me more of a leader and a source of inspiration. My zeal for the business was raised. I made up my mind to give it the best I can. It was then that I started growing in my company. The desire to help many other people made me to shift focus a bit and started learning about personal growth. I came up with a plan; to blend personal growth and network marketing together so as to help so many everyday ordinary people who have seen a ray of hope in life and believe in living positively to realize their dream. Gradually, I’m building a team in my company which I believe will cut across diverse nationality over time. Our team is known as “Empowerment Network” and we’re determined to help some many people through Avenues to Wealth.
