My neighbor has access to the lake, but he is trying to grow his grass and does not want his son driving on it. The other day his son used our property to drive on to access the lake. I wouldnt have minded that much, but he didnt ask permission and in the past has brought his friends too, leaving a mess down by the lake. Broken bottles, tin cans, plastic all over. My husband and I have had to clean up after them. The son is about 25 or so, doesnt work, always complaining about not having money. When I confronted him about the driving and the trash, he said he has no freedom anymore on the lake. that he grew up here and never had people keeping him from it. Any advice?
