My neighbors got a dog 3 years ago. It was a cute little puppy. The owners would leave this puppy out during the rain, cold nights, rough winds, and hot days. It barked insanely long hours. I called animal control but since the puppy had a dog-house it was legal. Now, the dog is full grown and barks for hours and hours, but the owners dont care. I need some help. This dog barks up to 11hrs at a time before he stops.
