My new favorite meal: big bowl of light Progresso New England clam chowder (just 100 calories) and grilled cheese sandwich (using zero calorie Pam butter spray, 1 large slice of low calorie, high fiber bread and 1 slice of Kraft singles cheddar cheese) also just 100 calories. The whole meal is 200 calories and provides meat, dairy, healthy fat, protein, wheat and fiber...almost every food group. My other meals are full of fruit and green veggies (2nd fav meal now is a LARGE pan of sauteed brussel sprouts, lima beans and whole green beans, sauteed in canola oil and seasoned with pepper and a garlic herb powder, then topped with parmesan at the end).
