On Saturday we had a few folks (that had requested an awareness course) lined up for a course. Unfortunately everyone barring one young Lad bailed out! In this life and in these times a commitment is to be honored and so myself and the youngster had a whale of a time! His keen interest and already substantial knowledge made the task both pleasant and relatively easy, quick to master sound technique in handling the hook stick he breezed through the handling of the usual list of suspects and didnt even bat an eyelid when faced with a freshly caught Mozambique spitting cobra that was intent on standing its ground and baptising the Lad!
