My niece Jessica Gauthier is starting a new business canning local Washington State products. She lives in Algona, Washington. The proceeds help her and her family. She was laid off from her work as a car body and paint specialist when she became pregnant (by choice) because the chemicals were not good for her baby. As a result, she has come up with some really great recipes using local fruits and vegetables which she is canning and selling.
