My non-American friends: Ive seen a number of you taking the opportunity of the Ferguson non-indictment to dump heavily on the USA for all manner of things. Please dont. A lot of it has gone beyond criticism of our legal system and the lack of justice that we black people often face, straight out into anti-American bigotry. I live here. Im *keenly* aware of Americas problems, far more than you. But if you feel *so* strongly that you cant avoid going on an America is the root of all evil* screed, then kindly unfriend me. Its still bigotry, even if youre doing it.
