My nose is ALWAYS stuffed up...its been this way for a while, but it seems like its getting worse. Its miserable and it effects my breathing and tasting. Does anyone have any recommendations on what I should or can do about it? Any over the counter medicine? I was thinking about getting that nasal spray, but I heard it wasnt good and its addicting, but Im almost at the point to where I dont care anymore, this is getting really OLD!
