My number is 8 but I am pretty much an open book. What you see is what you get. 1. I was a cheerleader in high school and during my junior year (when I was still a reserve) I got my picture painted on the wall of Brunos Den which is a local bar. I was only in there once ever after I got married and it was still there. 2. The week before I got married, I sang I Dont Know How to Love Him on tv on the Bob Braun Show. 3. I didnt always want to be a nurse. I wanted to be a gym teacher and spent 3 periods every day at school in the gym helping the teacher. 4. Even though I talk a lot, I am not a great conversationalist. I have a very poor memory and even though I read many things and listen to public radio, I cant remember the details of what I heard. Its frustrating. 5. I blame #4 on the fact that I had a SIDS episode as a 2 week old infant and was revived by my aunt who also baptized my on the way to the hospital in the cab. I had not been formally baptized yet in church. 6. I am thankful to have gone to Catholic grade school. It gave me a strong foundation in my faith and a strong conviction of right and wrong. And contrary to popular belief, I never met a truly mean nun. My brothers might dispute that but I didnt have Sister Eustacia as a teacher. 7. Getting married at the ripe old age of 19 was the best thing to happen to me. Steve and I have grown and grown up together. 8. I like to talk to old people and I always have. They dont gossip so much and they have very interesting stories. Thats probably the best thing about my job and I will miss it although I will be an old person and I can just talk to myself!
