My old neighbor finally did it. They have a little Chihuahua named Tito and hes been abusing him for a long time. They moved to West Bend and he got mad at the dog and threw him against the wall as hard as he could and broke his little leg and pelvis. We call the police on him when he was here and they did nothing. I called the veterinary clinics and they said they cant do anything unless I get the police involved. Im afraid of the man myself soi dont want to do that but its killing me and Im not even a dog person. He would know that I told them because the kids slept over last weekend. They told me he has stop abusing them but he still abuses the dog. And they wont let me be a foster mom because I dont have a husband and I dont make $50,000 a year. Smh.
