My open letter to #Apple ( Apple Inc. ): Greetings to the leadership team at Apple, My name is Justin Adu but people normally refer to me as Adu. I have been using Apple products since 2005 and I have always been an advocate for your brand message, which is why I am writing you this letter. This is not a a rant or meant to be negative but I am just writing this letter to understand your overall goal and mission regarding the future of your products (*The chances of me getting answers is slim but I wanted to put it out in the universe) For the last year I have been calling your company and writing emails about how my battery on my iPhone continues to remain low and even when I charge it, it still remains extremely low which is a huge inconvenience, its in perfect condition but the battery is . I have to walk around with my changer or have a battery pack to turn on in the case that it dies, all in all I am curious if the simple form of innovation in your company has gotten lost. Yesterday or maybe the day before (*My days have been running together lately) 2 new iPhones were released and there was a huge presentation made about how innovative they are and the amazing size and etc. At this point I think that the human need is a better battery that last longer. I love innovation but I also love product improvements and long story short I just want to know will this new iPhone’s battery last longer? That’s all I care about. My simple human need. If not Samsung is not looking shabby. Cheers! Adu
