My opinion on other peoples opinions. When you write a review about a business, not just restaurants but any business, please keep these things in mind. Its usually the fault of one person yet the whole company and all its employees are affected by it. Everyone makes mistakes. Tell a manager or owner and give them a chance to fix the issue. If they dont care, then a bad review is justified. But most of the time they will do their best to fix it and hopefully keep your business. If you feel the need to vent about a bad experience tell a friend first. Once you put it online, you can really hurt a business. Especially a small business who is barely able to pay their bills. Youre affecting the owners, employees and their families. The best thing is to just tell a manager or owner or simply just dont go there anymore. But then again, thats just my opinion.
