My parents and I worked on my property in Mayflower yesterday. It was the last day to put debris to the road to be picked up by the city. A local Baptist Church was suppose to show up to help us, but didnt. I was very disappointed. No call of cancelation or anything. This is the third time my infusion set to my Insulin Pump came off my body, which cant be reused, due to it getting wet while trying to work. Since the destruction of my home, Im having a hard time getting my supplies on top of that. My elderly parents and I are all so sore, that movement today is exhausting. Right before we left, a lady from United Methodist of Little Rock, showed up and made plans with me to be at my property in the morning by 8:30 am, with their youth group to help with loading the rest of the salvageable items I have from my shop. They will be gathering piles of cylinder blocks to be moved and stacked for later use. This has been a long process for me since I am disabled and not much help. Pray these people will show up, my supplies for my Insulin Pump comes in and I will finally be done with all this mess once and for all.
