My positive for my day? The conversation I had a lunch with my friend at work. She and I obviously needed to unload and vent so a lively talk about challenges ensued. The positive was knowing she trusted me to speak frankly to me and I trusted her to be open as well. Nice to have people like that in your life. (On a lessor note- a small positive would be the cuppa coffee alone at my kitchen table after work. Simple, quiet and comforting) Dear readers, what was your positive today? Small or large.
