My previous post was so heart breaking I was reminded that in posting it, I am necessarily an instrument of peace .... and I needed to seek refuge. I found it in the words of Saint Francsis. My friends who are atheists or agnostics, will not object, because there is no way to object with this blessing... Lord, make me an instrument of Your peace; Where there is hatred, let me sow love; Where there is injury, pardon; Where there is error, truth; Where there is doubt, faith; Where there is despair, hope; Where there is darkness, light; And where there is sadness, joy.
