My public service announcement for the day. If you order from Sears, please know that they are doing business with outside vendors (but it doesnt indicate it when you place your order). I ordered a bedroom set TWO months ago, and the information was advertised incorrectly and indicated it was a 5 piece set. Once it was received, there were only 3 pieces, and I went around in circles talking to both places and no one would help, each blaming the other, and this went up to escalation, still no assistance. They finally agreed to pick up the items, and I received approximately 15 emails from various people about setting up the return. I was contacted by a freight company to pick up the items. I since received emails today from Sears and Cymax indicating they have no idea who set up the pickup. I am telling you this so you dont have to go through this absolute frustration for over two months.
