My question is addressed to those people who have a business with Roast Magazine. If you have ever met the same situation or you can advise whom I should ask from managers of the company about the problem, please help. I ordered the magazines, paid price including delivery, but I didnt get them yet. Detailed information is given below: I have ordered and paid for magazines in June. The order #4686. After 2 month of waiting I started to worry that the magazines wouldnt come. I wrote to “Roast Magazine”. Beth Winburne and Kelsey Mutter answered me and said that I could get my money back or they could resend the parcel. After some period of time (I wanted to be sure that the parcel wouldnt come) I wrote them that it had no sense to resend the parcel, because there was no guarantee that it would come. Refund wasnt quite what I wanted, so I offered them to send me the magazines in El. Form in .pdf format. From that day Beth and Kelsey started to ignore me, without replying to my messages. So please, if you have any idea how to solve the problem advise me how to do it.
