My resident hedgehog three days ago; he had taken to come out quite early in the evening lately. Earlier today, I found him looking quite poorly; lying on its side and breathing with difficulty; having spasms and looking quite skinny. Brought him indoors. He seems to be breathing better in the warmth, but still not moving and not taking the sugared water I tried to give him. I always have water out for him and for the birds and have often seen him drink from the bowl. Any advice please?
