My response to comments on a young girls post about being a stripper. So much hate filled, ignorant comments bragging about their own jobs and how they make $3grand a night keeping their clothes on--(clearly far fetched but shows the lengths people go to demean someone else): People need to read about slut shamingand the 1950s mentality of why people are still influenced by it. Its an archaic and immature mindset to have. Women throw around the word self respect but self respect has an important word in there. Self. Also the words dignity and respect lose all their value coming out of peoples mouths that are degrading, harassing and doing anything other than empowering their fellow woman and their choices. None of you make yourselves look better by passing judgment on someone whos decisions have zero impact on your life. Grow up and put your priorities of you own lives in order. A positive, empowering life is healthy.
