My sister, Sandra, wrote this about our brother, Mike... To all my praying friends: Please lift up my brother Mike who has a tumor (likely benign) in the right atrium of his transplanted heart. A piece of it broke off last week and lodged in an artery of his right arm (thankfully not his brain). He is at St. Marys hospital in Rochester, MN where hes had surgery to remove the blockage and his arm is OK. He is now tentatively scheduled to have open heart surgery on Tuesday to remove the tumor. Open heart surgery is always high risk, but even more so with someone on anti-rejection medication. Please pray for wisdom for the many physicians involved and for peace for Mike and all of his family (including me!). Thanks.
