My son, Daniel aka Toby Small, has found and amazing site that allows funds to be contributed towards a good cause. They collect the funds at no charge and 100% of the funds go to the intended purpose. He is raising money for two things. One for a device that would allow Jesyka to have a voice and be able to speak what is on her mind. It is a device that connects to a computer and is controlled with her eyes since she doesnt have use of her hands. The cost is not covered by insurance and it is pricey but will allow her to have some independence. He also is shooting for the stars and trying to raise money for her rehabilitation at a state of the art rehab center that Christopher Reeves went to. Insurance had turned them down for this facilty. He knows its a lot of money to consider raising but with the power of many and through Facebook friends and strangers who might be so inclined you never know what can be accomplished. Im so proud of him for trying to do something that is practical and within his power to help his sister, especially at a time he is feeling pretty helpless. Please consider contributing to this cause and then passing on the link to your friends. Even if people can only give $10 to $20 and they pass it on to others, it will help.
