My son, Shaman Keegan & I were nominated by my sister Angela Mae McCoy to participate in the ALS AWARENESS Ice Bucket Challenge. Shaman nominated his father Doug & his fathers friend Donna. I nominated Jessica Beaubien. To participate in this challenge you must dump a bucket of ice water over your head & post the video to Facebook. You must also nominate someone else to carry on this challenge, to continue the awareness of ALS. You have 24 hours to complete this challenge, or donate $100 to the ALS foundation...Good Luck!! For those of you that are not familiar with ALS, Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis, often referred to as Lou Garricks disease, it affects nerve cells in the brain and spinal cord. When degeneration of the motor neurons occurs, the brain cannot control muscle movement. People may become paralyzed and eventually die from this horrible disease.
