Well, maybe because Im down to a razor thin wire on getting into school, and I should be anxious about it, but Im not. I was thinking of that old phrase when God closes a door, He opens a window. Well, God didnt close this door so much as I failed to open it on time. And as I was thinking that, Georges song popped into my head and I was filled with joy. It was a moment of pure grace that poured into me through this song. I am richly blessed, surrounded by people who value me and care about me, starting with Susan-Amber Springer but including a great number of friends who wrote letters on my behalf, like Cindy L. Phipps, Susan Moritz, and Dan Hamilton. My caseworker, Ladonna Golden, has been my coach, teacher, and booster.
