My story***Read this*** by Steve Keller. .....a couple years ago while driving around with my best friend Louis John we decided to play scratch off tickets. Well I should say he convinced me. So we drive to keyport shell across from airport plaza. Buy a couple tickets each. Lou scratches his off in minutes. Nothing....I scratch mine off and on the first game of the ticket (2 games on it total) I win nothing. In the second game I get 3 7s going diagonally from left to right. I WON! Lou says scratch and see how much you won. No, lets drive past my angel..she will change it for us. We take a 2 min drive passed her grave. We come back to the shell station and I scratch it off....$777,777....I start shaking and carrying on. I ran into the store with excitement. Told lou I was buying him a car. Woke up my parents. For a GOOD 20 minutes I was on TOP of the world. As I show my parents my dad gets just as excited as I am...my mom however continues to read the bottom... :( in order to PLAY the second game you have to WIN in the first one...needless to say I had not won the money....for years I have resented that moment. It took a while to get over it. Until lately. I sat and thought about it. For 20 minutes I had the greatest feeling of my life. Words cant explain it. Ask lou he will tell you. Most people in there life will not EVER get a chance to feel what I felt. You may never get that close. But for some reason I did. And I will NEVER forget that feeling.....point being.....theres always a positive. It may take a while to realize it but there is always a positive. The glass is half full people. Enjoy your weekend.
