My stray saving started in Oviedo, watching Grandma catch every wild cat in the woods behind our compound. She would take them to Dr. Pultz, who would fix each one and then give them a couple days of healing in his clinic, knowing they would be returned to the wild again. She kept them fed, he kept them from repopulating. No matter what time of day or what critter was in need, he was there. I lost count of how many of our animals he helped transition from this world into the next, in the most respectful way. And now I pray for his own family as they work through his own transition from this world into Heaven. Town & Country Vet, Oviedo and Winter Springs have lost a stellar example of a man.
