My sweet baby needs prayers for tomorrow morning. I am taking her to Childrens Hospital of Michigan in the morning and she has two procedures called Electromyography(EMG), and Nerve Conduction Study(NCS). She is going to be slightly sedated during these procedures but still awake. They are going to stick little needles into her muscles and shock her nerves and im so scared that its going to hurt her, and she is too little to understand. I will be in the room the whole time helping to comfort her and helping keep her cooperative so the tests can be done. This test is going to let me know whether or not she has Muscular Dystrophy(Charco Marie Tooth Disease) like her dad. She has a few symptoms of it and concerns, so they are performing this to find out. She had a 50% chance of getting it from her dad, so i have been since birth and still am praying she doesnt have this disease. It is not a good disease at all, and can deeply shorten her life span. I dont know how well im going to handle this if the tests are positive for the MD. Please pray that the test are negative, and that she is in as less pain as possible and that the doctors are quick and dont hurt her. I definatly need God to hold me and Neveah tomorrow, and show his peace :(
