My take on a job.... I have only 3permanent staff working for me and some who work just during my shoots.... I do not believe in being regimental and dogmatic about face time. .. I give them the project and a dead line and let them work from their homes or even take on another job as long as my work gets done. .. coz I believe that at the end of the day it is not about the hours you put in but the diligent work you had contributed. .. and in our race to success we tend to forget that success is not synonymous to money but success is all about how we thrive.... how we want our lives to be....
