My take on contemporary stonework . This project had my step outside my normal comfort zone of dry stone construction and step into more of a stone masonry construction. A Beautifully and meticulously renovated home provided an easy back drop for me to add some detail and structure to. A variety of reclaimed stone helped me compliment the colors and materials used on the house. While I enjoyed the challenge, I certainly dont want to do this type of work all the time. Many thanks to Dean McLellan for coming down and helping me get through the garage panel beneath the copper roof.
