My take on the I Stand Sunday Rally in Houston: Thousands of far-right ideologues getting together to loudly proclaim that their ability to proclaim their far-right ideologies is being denied them. Victim Religion: Its the next best thing when youre not quite allowed to make your religion the baseline for all societal behaviour. And the most efficient way to fuel that victimology is by maintaining a closed-loop universe of The Faithful where everything outside that loop is The World and exists only to persecute those within the loop.
