Gd mrng to all. It comes as a sigh of relief to the management nd staff of PSBs that d fin. Ministry is defending the PSBs by saying unfair to compRe with pvt sector banks. But it s a matter to be seen that d govt s realising d facts at d fag end of its tenure. Further it has also accepted that the Pvt Banks are playing safe by taking exposure only in retail sector nd short term financing, and not participating in the real economic growth of d country. Morgan Stanley in its recent report also accepted dat the exposure of pvt sector bnks is less than two percent whereas it is 15 percent for PSBs.. The govt also accepted the burden for PSBs in govt sponsored schemes. But the article says dat one of d pvt sector players says that they follow all the RBI directives. Does he want to say that PSBs re not following RBI directives. The govt at least should accept the fact that it s only the PUBLIC SECTOR that comes to the rescue for the development of the country. But at the same time d govt should also take this into consideration at the time of wage negotiations.. Not by mere accepting the facts. ......
