My tasty Potato Cakes!! You use bisquick pancake mix, with water,eggs,oil--add seasonings ,Italian bread crumbs & your left over potatoes instant potatoes might come out better and that is what I had used.. Mix the batter together, turn on the stove to get your frying pan hot--Add butter then add your batter into your frying pan. Looks like fluffy pancakes but, when you take a bite into it -- Oh man its like a biscuit filled with potatoes. Yummy!!!!! Hee Hee!!!!
