My tea tonight......my version of Irish Stew. Just some cubed lamb steak rolled in flour n seared off. In the slow cooker I put thick slices of carrots and spuds and a chopped onion, placed the meat on top then some water. Cooked on low for 7 hours and then on high for an hour to thicken with cornflour before serving. I added peas half way thru cooking. I also add a couple of teaspoons of soy sauce....but dont tell anyone, thats my secret ingredient lol TASTES YUMMY!!! Before cooked and after cooked! Oh and it was done in my Bubba 1.5lt :)
