My thoughts on the SClub7 reunion comeback on Children In Need last night: Simon Fuller had been quoted as saying this comeback will be bigger than Steps I said at the time of reading, we will be the judge of that as over-hyped comebacks have a side which fails This is my opinion: The group seemed very nervous and seems like there was a lot of lip syncing. Tina seemed like she was miming all the way through. They have all in one form or another got larger than we first saw them but that can be forgiven as we all do get bigger as we age. They seemed to of rushed the rehearsals due to getting back into the routine and the new routines when it comes to the dancing sections. Vocally, could of been stronger. The mix of the songs and between songs seems to be also less thought out well. On the positive side, it is good to see them back. I do hope that this isnt a publicity stunt just so that Jo can get some money in. I did find though it was lack luster from what we are used to by them. Maybe it was nerves but this was supposed to be their big relaunch. With the aforementioned Steps, this was their comeback. Yes, vocals were not as strong as they could of been but I found aesthetically speaking that the Steps comeback performance on CIN was much better due to the fact that they sung live throughout all of the performance. https://youtube/watch?v=gxEmUTZ8QHw
