after being in lab/class today, so glad to hear the others didnt do well on our 2nd mid term exam. phew! I think he may be grading on a curve for that..and also he grades more on participation...and I do well there, thank goodness. but still a little leary about our total grades once the qtr ends next week. I dont understand why our exam this past Sunday was called the 2nd midterm as we are doing a final next week. Ist midterm did cover 6 chapters, the 2nd exam covered the next 6 chapters and next week (Final) covers the last 4 chapters. so I do like that versus final covering all 16 chapters (full textbook) over a total of 8 weeks. Like the others said today, they cant comprehend all it either. so I feel better.....but nothing like having your bubble burst getting 65 points out of a 100...going to be setting up a weather station here at the house which I think I would really like to set up across the street on the bluff. we take daily recordings of temps, precips, wind direction and speeds etc...and I know across the street on the bluff would get more action. will take photos of the skies/clouds etc for each day. anyway, havent given up! :) of course, you know me, never will anyway!
