My throat was SO dry all day long during my shows so I must have drunk a gallon of water. I also ate whenever I got hungry. When I got to my hotel my travel scale said 170! Ive been 163 forever and trying to get down to 160 or even less, so I was devastated! But I had to keep going to the bathroom all night long to get rid of some of that water. And when I got up this morning, I weighed 160! 10 pounds of overnight water loss! Ive never had that much of a weight difference from evening to morning! Wow, amazing!
