My thumb, first finger and middle finger have huge splits in the skin at the edge of my nail ---------dried out from handling fabric. They are so sore I can hardly stand to touch anything with my right hand, they just hurt so deep and sharp. They are to the point of bleeding if they are bumped etc. What can I use to heal them up? I moisturize many times a day and bag balm hasnt relieved it. They have been this way since early Nov when I was busy sewing for a craft show..................I thought they were almost healed last week but they have all split open again, only larger ones this time. Help??
