My tough mudders were tough this morning! With hopeful eyes of training in the Factory I loudly said suck it up princess (at least tbat the nice version) and we hit the Glebe foreshore. Blustery winds and cold hard rain we treched out 4kms hit the workout facilities at wentworth park for 100 dips (paralette bars) and 100 pushups 50 pull ups and 50 fence jumps finished 3km obstacle course through the roafs scrub beach and oysters (sorry oysters :-() balance practice and back to the car. All in the pooring rain and all before 8am on a sunday. My princesses became Mudders today and im very proud. Will you be ready for TOUGH MUDDER 2014? These guys will be.
