My town is instituting a 10 to 25 cent charge for every bag, paper or plastic, at every single retail store and all take-out food at restaurants. They cite over 40 other towns in the county with this policy. To me this is absolute total big brother bullshit. Climate change will not stop and living in a place with the highest gas, house and food prices in America just makes it more impossible for an already diminished middle class to accumulate any wealth. Am I way off base?
