My version of Veggie Stuffed Peppers yum Ingredients 2C Rice 4-6 Bell Peppers Any kind 2 Tablespoons Butter 1 Tbls. Olive Oil 6 Garlic. Cloves 1 8oz pig mushrooms. ( optional.) 1/2 pkg. Morning Star Grillers Recipe Crumbles 2tbs Balsamic Vinegar 1 ( 8 oz Tomato Paste 1-12oz can whole tomatos 1C Mozzarella Cheese 1 Zucchini ( if making a smaller portion use 1/2 1/2 C Graded Parmesan cheese 2 Tbsp fresh Oregano ( or dried) 2 Tbsp Fresh Basil leaves ( or dried ) 2 Tbsp Red Pepper Flakes ( optional) Salt, Pepper to taste 2- 4 C Vegetable Broth ( I say 2 to 4 C depends on how much you are making 3/4 C Parmesan Cheese Mix as if your making Stuffed Bell Peppers The only thing that has changed is the meat but youve used Meatless Crumbles Enjoy
