My wife and I have just returned from lunch at the ABC Chinese Cuisine, located at 3510 I70 Dr. SE, Suite A. Columbia MO 65203. This was my second visit. The first was out standing I returned with my wife. This is a new establishment and in my opinion one of the best Chinese Cuisine restaurants in Columbia. The decor was relaxed, cool, and very calm, and the food outstanding. I ordered Chicken Crockpot, not what you think. It was chicken with green peppers, onion, and mushrooms with a smoky taste, like it had been grilled, with a lingering warmth that carried well with the food. My wife had sweet and sour pork. The meat was well done and the sweet and sour sauce freshly made. They open for lunch and dinner all days except Tuesday. Give it a try; I think, like my wife and I, youll be very surprised at the high quality of the establishment.
