My wife and I have often, in the past, talked about Walhill Farm for dining. This was our first time to experience the restaurant. The setting is wonderful outside of Batesville, Indiana. Just driving into the property gives one the feeling that the time will be well spent. We were not disappointed in any way. From the greeting we received at entering the restaurant, to the table setting, to the help provided by the waitress we knew we were in for a real treat. The menu offerings were extraordinary and we had a difficult time selecting our entree. The salads were top quality and very scrumptious. The main courses were very delectable. Filet Mignon was wonderful for my wife and the pork chop was equally tasty. The side dishes were very good. Dessert was a real incredible way to top off a delightful evening. We would heartedly recommend Walhill Farms for a true dining experience whether it be special occasion or just an evening out.
