My wife will be impressed - having a chamomile tes instead of my usual turck stop brew! This year was all about incremental improvement and Harambee (look it up :-) ). Still a couple of months to go and time to take stock. Its been awesome! Last year seems so far away on so many levels, I feel a better, calmer stronger and kinder person. I am blessed to have the most amazing wife and son. Its been tough at times, not the easiest year, and there are many things that I could do slighlty better. But for now - Ill just have a cup of Chamomile instead of a tannin laced cup of the strngest yorskhire brew with two sugars youll ever see. Love to all :-)
