My workout from today Warmup: Treadmill 5-10 mins Tri-set Dumbbell flat bench 12 reps Dumbbell incline 12 reps Flat flyes 12 reps 4-5 sets Tri-set Flat bench 12 reps Cable crossovers 12 reps Flat flyes 12 reps 4-5sets Tri-set wide grip pullups 12 reps wide grip pulldowns 12 reps vbar rows 12 reps 4 sets Tri-set Med grip pulldowns 12 reps T-bar rows 12 reps pyramid up and dropset on the 4th set superset 4 Sets deadlifts Hamstring curls Weighted Abs 4 set circuit And threw in a few biceps for good measure.
