My workout today was fun. I did quite a few of these variations of pushups. But I also did a kind where you go from hands to forearms to hands (and arms fully extended at stages 1 & 3). When I began, I could not do these latter for 10 seconds. Now I can do them for more than a minute at a time, working quickly. And that is always near the end of the workout when I am really worn out. So some improvement.
