Mystery 2013 Independent/Rocket Distribution 11 October 2013 From the turbulent streets of the Western Suburbs of Melbourne, these boys have overcome adversity to live the dream. This is an inspirational story of the Aussie battler and the new generation carrying on in the traditions of their legendary Aussie icons like AC/DC & Rose Tattoo and Roxus. Heavily inspired by the likes of Dio, Twisted Sister, Alice Cooper, Skid Row, Poison, Motley Crue, Def Leppard and iconic figures they look up to like the legendary Alice Cooper, Sebastian Bach, Slash, Angry Anderson, Angus Young and the inspirational and energetic Dee Snider, these young Aussie blokes have vowed to carry the flag of their heroes into the future and beyond. Frontman Rocky Ravic grew up with music in his veins and his lifestyle. Forget cartoons and Barney the Dinosaur, at the age of only four, Rocky’s daily ritual every morning was switching on the television to rock out to Twisted Sister’s ‘Come Out and Play’ on video. He hopes to one day have this video cassette signed by Dee and the pack. His musical ambitions also developed further when he heard the fast, shredding guitars of Kane Roberts on Alice Cooper’s ‘Raise Your Fist and Yell’. At just 13 years of age, Rocky joined forces with his 12 year old band mates and now close friends to form the band and they have never looked back since. The young teens have since been collaborating with some of the big names in the industry. Their artwork for the ‘2013’ album was created by the famous Felipe Machado Franco (Artist for LUCASFILM Ltd. Australia’s remarkable teenage rock band MYSTERY is continuing to dominate headlines all over the world. The electrifying young band is largely being described as Rock’s big answer to‘One Direction’. On the back of a major world tour in 2012 when the boys were only fourteen and fifteen years of age, sharing the main stage with the world’s biggest bands like Europe, Motley Crue, Motorhead, Megadeth and many more, the ‘2013’ album was released in Japan on January 30 by Rubicon Records and supported by a successful tour of Japan in February of 2013. The world’s biggest store Tower Records sold out of the album twice within the first weeks of it’s release and the ‘2013’ album was Disc No. 2 with a large display.
