N. 3rd St. is a school/residential street!! School - kids crossing the street, kids walking to & from the athletic facilities, pulling out of parking lots etc. Residential - kids riding their bikes, people walking, elderly people on their scooters, people backing out onto the road, dogs, cats & sometimes people ride their horses down the street - sooo SLOW DOWN, IT IS NOT A RACE TRACK...GRRRRRR I know my street is not the only one in this town that has this problem, I just see SO much of it especially during the school year!!
