Dear chosen by the Most Holy Father; In sufferings, we do not know what to do when we cannot do anything? Here the Holy Bible gives one answer, simply trust in the Sovereign Lord. Suffering makes us, initially, want to rise up above it; but we should not ... let’s put ourselves under the Heavenly Father. The Lord Almighty who has made you and me, and has always watched over us; will never take His eye off us, or abandon us to our enemies. Those who put themselves under Him are being very wise. In the shadow of His wings’ there is ultimate security. He makes Himself responsible for us, and there is nothing we need to do except stay close to Him. My beloved, we have to decide that we will find refuge in no other person or place than the Lord. All alternative strategies will end in disaster. The sound of the enemys attack needs a disciplined response; panic is avoided by declaring the sovereignty of Lord Jesus Christ in the circumstances, and allowing Him to defend us ... and while He is protecting us we should quietly get on with doing what is right and good. The coolness of this approach may surprise those who are trying to frighten us, but it also demonstrates that we believe that Sovereign God is in control. This will produce a humble confidence which is a wonderful witness to Lord God Almightys grace. Share this piece of information to your friends and colleagues and lead them towards Lord Jesus Christ.
